A cool maritime climate sparkling from the Pipers River region, harvested 100% from Pinot Noir from the vineyard made in the traditional method
Colour: pale salmon
Aroma: perfumed bouquet gives off delicate aromas of musk and fresh strawberry, with toast and lanolin hints evident in the backdrop
Palate: a fruity palate supported by crispy acidity, to culminate the wine in a delicious finale
Winemaking: The Ros NV is 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from our vineyard and made in the traditional method with around two years lees time. This wine is a 2016 base with 21% reserve over blended. The reserve component is 2014 parcel that was aged in bottle under low gas pressure as a trial. The purity of the Pinot Noir fruit, crisp acidity and notes of maturity are the goal when blending this wine.
Serving: amazing with smoked salmon, roast capsicum salad, or freshly shaved prosciutto, figs and Parmesan salad
