Dalrymple Pinot Noir 2016
This Pinot Noir is a blend of parcels from Dalrymple vineyard's at Pipers River, Coal River Valley and their growers at Swansea and Ouse. Each of these sites is unique with distinctive individual terroirs, building complexity into the final wine blend. Evidence of a warmer vintage is immediately apparent; with the generous red berry fruit aromas, hints of fresh cut plums and fine oak spice. Savoury notes of dried meats and provencal herbs add to the complexity after opening, and will become more integrated with bottle age. The 2016 will reward cool cellaring for 3 – 5 years.

Steve & Monique Lubiana
Stefano (Steve) Lubiana is a fifth generation wine maker who has carved out a niche in the Tasmanian wine industry. Steve identified the uniqueness that Tasmanian grape growing had to offer and tasted the potential for greatness. The family owned vineyard wraps itself around the picturesque foothills of the Derwent River estuary, located in the southern most island off Australia. The vineyard was established in 1990 to realise Steve’s love and ambition for the classic burgundian varieties; Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, of which the majority of his estate is dedicated to. The level of character and quality of his wines is seamlessly crafted at his renowned estate and continues to excel with every vintage.
Steve is living the ultimate biodynamic winemaker’s dream!
